Over 15 yrs in the fitness industry focusing on personal training with clientele ranging from housewives, collegiate and high school athletes, Professional Golfers, and business executives. Designed and implemented group personal training programs for corporate fitness, high school teams and boot camp participants. Also owned and managed local fitness centers for 8 yrs.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Fitness does not begin or end at the gym. During the day there are thousands of obstacles and excuses keeping you from getting to where you want to be. Implementing a solid training and nutrition plan that you can keep up with on a consistent basis will produce results and reinforce the impact of keeping your health and fitness a top priority. My job is to help develop exercise and life strategies that will get you to your fitness goals as quickly and easily as possible.
Your body didn’t get into a de-conditioned state by eating dark greens and grilled chicken breast. So in order to reach your fitness goals it may take a few sacrifices of changing of simple habits initially, but it becomes much easier and rewarding after a short while.
