stations4 Program DesignThe group training sessions run for about an hour consisting of a variety of exercises and cross training methods that include: calisthenics, core conditioning, Kettlebell and sandbag training, medicine balls, running, balance and agility work, sports drills, obstacle courses, sport yoga, and more.  Our group training sessions implement strength moves at a pace that keeps your heart rate up from beginning to end.  We provide cardio workouts for clients to follow on the days we don’t meet.
